Project Description:
We are looking for someone who is an expert in working with Peachtree accounting system. We need the system to 'spit out' our invoices in excel. We have several formats for invoices and we manually do them in excel for billing purposes. This creates duplication while introducing manual error. The expected outcome is some form of output in excel that matches our 'manual excel' sheets. We should be able to input our overhead, fee, etc. manually and the system should generate the invoice in excel format. Typical invoice is attached.Additional Project Description:

Although I'm in Denver, I stay connected and always available by email (morning, afternoon, and evening). I can also be available by Gtalk, Skype, Yahoo IM or phone.
I would be happy to be your CPA! I also have lots of experience with sales tax, making tax adjusting journal entries and making sure the books are *correct*. I emphasize *correct* because if you pick a general bookkeeper/tax preparer, most likely you'll have to pay extra in the end for a CPA to fix the books before the tax compliance even begins!
