Project Description:

I need a web site which will have two features:

First: Load/view others sites pages on my web site home page like a web browser.
My web site will have a address bar where I will put an internet address, like in web browsers, and a "Go" button.
When I will press "Go" than my page will generate or load the page from this address, so it will no link to other sites, it will load in my page, like a web browser in my home page. All pages must be saved in a folder "temp", "cookies" , ect. with functions: clear cookies, delete temp data ... ect. I want a simulation of web browser in my home page!

Second: I want to transfere a file from a client which is on my page and selecting a file ... to another client which is on my waiting page and waiting for a respective file.
So I will choose a file and I will type my name, than send it, ... and than somebody else will introduce my name on web site waiting page ... and will upload this file. If somebody else type my name before I upload file, it must be not a problem. Also I want an option like direct transfer, it will transfer files direct to another client.
