Project Description:
Have a web application for a real estate management software, 70% complete written on .Net with 'MVC' pattern, need to finish this web application asap:Basically the app lets the users manage all kinds of contacts (sellers-buyers-...) and the properties with details (buildings-appartments-...) for sale or rent or investment.
What i need is to barely modify the current design, add-edit a couple of inputs (checkboxes-select), and most importantly make the users types , priviliges and login part which hasnt been done yet and is kind of tricky, the users will be three types and there will be a workflow goin, whatever one can request or add in the app another like a manager should approve etc...
Conditions:
----------------
- Need someone with expertise in .Net and most importantly in MVC (otherwise the app cannot be worked on since its started on MVC).
- There will be no downpayment, Full payment will be done the day of delivery after successfull testing.
- Freelancer after receiving the original source code can restart the whole application make it simply in .Net without the MVC pattern if its easier for him but no extra payments will be done.
- Only serious and expert .Net proffessionals will be considered and shortlised
