Editors and Translators (Dutch)

Dear Sirs, My name is Kimberley Graauw. I am a Dutch native with over 5 years of experience with translating a broad variety of documents for major companies ( Loreal, ING bank, Hollands Casino, etc) as well as for individuals. My level of English has been academically tested by the IELTS program of the University of Cambridge. I graduated this course with the highest rate possible, which means that my level of English comes close to that of a native speaker. Even though I can professionally handle every text that is delivered to me I have a couple of specialities: legal documents / contracts, business related texts, e-books, history related texts and culture related texts. My average rate is 0,04 cents per word, but this is always negociable in order to meet with your budget limitations. I also have experience with subtitling. Since one and a half year I work as a freelancer for a major educational company that broadcasts podcasts all over Europe. For this company I translate the scripts for the podcasts, act as a voice over for the entire English program, I voice act in every English podcast and I am responsible for the Dutch subtitles. Afterwards I contact the students in order to guide them and grade their vocal abilities. A good communication is something that I consider to be essential. Therefore I will always answer e-mails instantly. I can deliver testimonials and examples and when required I am always willing to participate in a small test. Translating for me is not only a profession but also a passion and I will always do the best I can to deliver a fluent, high-quality text. I am looking forward to working with you!
