Project Description:

We have created both an Internet Explorer BHO Extension and a Firefox extension.

The purpose of this project is to develop Javascript code that will detect the presence of our browser extension on the client machine. If our extension is found, no further action necessary. If our extension is NOT found, build the code to replicate the actions taken by this link: http://www.makeitlive.tv/player/player.php?chname=backit&h=350&w=468

Basically, you would need to develop code to display the message "You need the current version of the plugin to view this channel". Additionally, the code would need to launch our install .exe code to install our extension. (link for install code to be provided once the project is awarded).
