Project Description:

Got one of my sites for "electric cigarettes" and I need some link building to it, I'm already ranking pretty good but need some more backlinks to boost my ranking even higher. If possible I want the links to be relevant, and heres how I want them to be done:

1)come from a PR2 or higher page, NOT website!
2)be a one way back link from a website that are indexed and cached by google
3)be visable by spiderbots
4)be manually submitted
5)come from a seperate domain name. 1 per each domain.
6)come from relevant websites (e cigarettes, electronic cigarette, electric cigarette etc, quit smoking etc)
7)come from a website that is not penalised by google such as porn and drugs etc
8)Come from different Class-C IP addresses
9)be permanent
10)to be placed using only white hat SEO techniques

I would NOT like back links to
1) be on pages which appear hidden by spider bots or use no-follow tag lines or are cloaked
2)to be reciprocal
3) be placed on mirror sites, link farms, spam sites, orphaned link pages, cloaking, 301 redirects, FFA pages, or framed pages


I would like at least 2 PR9 Back links if possible and the more PR6+ links the better.

TERMS:

1)I require an example website/page that you will post my link to, when you bid for the project in the first message so please do so before bidding
3)you will provide me with an exact URL of the web page containing the link.
4)this project is a one of payment and no recuring payments shall be made to maintain the Links.
5)the links will stay in place (be permanent) after the project has finished.
6)in your offer I would like you to provide me with a number of back links you can provide and what page ranks you can get.
7)I would also like a price and time scale for this.
8) Payment will be by ammount of links at intervals through out the project.
9)the project will not go on longer than 15 days
