Tool to generate invoices in .Net. generate invoices and shipping labels in template with barcodes. settings must be put in xml. barcode must be in code128

i need a china tab for china invoices
i need a usa tab for usa invoices

each tab will be able to select start time and end time. then it will have 3 buttons
1) print label
2) print invoices
3) print both

after a button is pressed it will pop a box to select

single item - ground mail
single item - prioirty mail
single item - international mail
multiple item - ground mail
multiple item - priority mail
multiple item - international mail

i will provide sql for this

attached is our current settings and sample files we use. we need to generate 3 invoices per 8 1/2x 11 page . the new template structure is in there

the program will need to run mysql statements to differentiate type of invoice. we will provide you mysql statements
