Hello,What we need is a more or less simple php-script:
The script has to be able to bypass all topical popup- blockers (like Google Toolbar, Yahoo toolbar etc) and SP2 WinXP Blocker. Doing this it has to open the a html site in a dynamic popup-window. You can make this using layers but not flash! The Pop-up has to work with most browsers on the market (IE, Firefox, Opera).
It should be possible to include the code that is required to call the script into an ordinary html-code by adding just one or two lines to the original html-code of the calling page.
Moreover there should be a possibility to create a reload-block, that is based on saved IP-adresses, preventing that one internetuser reloads the popup again and again. Futhermore it should be adjustable (size of the popup etc).

i have already made a solution at http://hoverads.info but i am sorry it does not bypass XP SP2.
