Bulk Email Delivery - Below is the very simple project description. I am about to purchase 1 million business and personal email addresses around the globe, but, before I do, I need to find a provider that can successfully beat spam filters AND without getting us marked as spam. You must use your own systems. I would like to see at least 200 mass mail a week and willing to pay UP TO $80 a month. Please send me a PM describing what processes you use to ensure delivery.
