Hello... I want a wordpress plugin where an admin can create a form with unlimited fields, text boxes, titles etc..(something like cforms). When the form is created it will be shown on the main blog using a wordpress shortcode or function. This plugin will also include a functionality to add a category which will be added by the admin. This category drop down will be shown on the custom form. The users will fill up the form and the submission is send to the admin and once he approves the submission, the user details will be shown on the main blog More details through PM Only. Lowest bids will be given more preference. No Escrow, No Advance Payment. Full Payment will be done after the completion of the project. |
