Why this will not stand;
1. Don't have a PayPal account!
2. Never did that.
As you are trying to make me lose my job, i am force to do this, if i don't hear back from you i will be force to go to the law. Thanks

Hi, Just a quick question, How did all of this start and why? It appears to me to be some sort of clash between two people or groups, who have divergent views. However, I am not a Lawyer, but this appears as if it going to become VERY expensive, with the main eventual outcome being that the lawyers are the only ones who will actually benefit from this. Think very carefully before you proceed any further. However, Legally, from reading the documentation it appears to me that you have been defamed or libeled. This, however, does not give the arguments from the other side, therefore, it would be unfair to give you specific advice until all of the facts are known.
I would be willing to act as an arbitrator to both parties, with this proviso: that my decision is full and final in the matter and that it will settle the matter FULLY.
I would make a small charge to both parties to settle the matter. Please email me if you are interested in this offer, I will need all of the FACTS (not opinions) from both sides in order to reach a final decision. Hope to hear from you soon.over 7 years ago

I couldnt send a PM: But here is what your looking for what you are saying is that the person committed libel : a tort consisting of false and malicious publication printed for the purpose of defaming a living person. Im no legal expert but you may want to talk to your local bar association. They will hook you up with an attorney who will be able to assist you further in your case
