Hi,I need a wordpress expert for this job.
1) Install Studiopress lifestyle theme (I already own this)
2) Copy the layout from http://solarpowerukstore.com/ including ALL plugins they have used (e.g amazon store, CB Pro ads etc) Note.. I do NOT have access to that site, so you need to guess what plugins they are using by viewing source code on your browser etc.
3) For all articles just put some dummy text like "article 1 / article 2"
4) The ultimate goal is that I provide wordpress sites to my clients (say 100+ people) and I will pre-load everything so they don't need to do it themselves.
I need you to tell me what is the best way to preload all the plugins, articles etc for these clients. If you give me a great solution then I'll more than likely hire you for this job.
If I accept your solution, then you must include this work as part of this project.

As you are telling, you want to install the Wordpress with your preinstalled instances. But this can't be done because we can't do anything with WoedPress before installation.
We can do this by a little bit tricky way, but that can only be handled by us. Also your site has and e commerce store, Dynamic Video feed from YouTube, categorization, Comment facility. To manage all this things we have to customize all the features of WP.
Who have bid for the site lower i am sure that they can't even know what you want to customize. We can do this, but it will cost more. Please do think of it.
