Looking for modules for Community Builder 1.2.1 on Joomla! 1.5.15

A module that will allow a user to select their state from a dropdown menu and then select a city from a dropdown menu based on the state they selected.

A module that will allow an Advanced search of profiles on the site based on city, state and a combination of the two.

A module for a zipcode radius search (ex. find members within a 25 mile radius of zip code 90210). IMPORTANT: Zip code will not be a required field for users to insert during registration. so I guess the module will have to have a list of all US zip codes and which city/states they are in.

The ability to add other countries with cities and zips later on via admin panel that the search feature will be able to utilize.

I'm sure these modules already exist somewhere.

Please send me a link with a site utilizing the above features, if available so I can see what it looks like, if there is not a site with CB utilizing these features already I guess this will have to be done from scratch.

Looking to pay somewhere around $20 for these modules.
