Project Description:

My partner and I need 100% working penny pay to bid auction website. Bidders with working demo's or examples of their work will be most likely to be chosen. The site must have all the same features as the quibids.com website. The same auction types and tools must be present(including an auto-bid system). You will create the site logo and complete all site requirements below.

The site must work with no bugs at all. The payment will be made once a complete working site is done and working to standards.

Site must have an easy to use control panel to control the site 100%

Below are the site requirements:

1.User registration and account verification.
2.Bidding in the Penny Auction format. Paying per bid and the price increasing by a set amount.
3.The "Full Auto" bid system - the ability for users to place there bids automaticly similar to quibids.
4.A newsletter sign up system and newsletter sending capability.
5.Paypal as the payment gateway by default.
6.A Set up for Buying bid packages.
7.The bid timer should be set up so that under 20 seconds if a bid is set the timer resets back to 20 seconds, then once the bid price hits 2% of the items worth it only resets to 15seconds, after 3.5% of the items worth it resets to 10 seconds. (This is how it should be set originally but the times and percentages should be customizable)
8.General pages such as terms and conditions and a help section which you can edit. Add your own pages also.
9.The ability for members to login, update their account, purchase more bids and pay for their won auctions.
10.Ability for users to receive free bids for registering, for winning their first auction and for buying bid packages for the first time,also for referring a friend.
11. Login With Facebok Account.

13. Code must be customizable, changeable and adjusted in the future. Winning Designer will be used long term for multiple future adjustments and changes.

This is a very large product for a experienced web developer with an eye for design..

Please do not bid if you do not have experience with Penny Auction Sites or Web 2.0

Above all the site must be easy to use and modify, implementing new auction in on the site should be easy and strait foward.
