Project Description:

Using Chronosform, a Joomla! extension from ChronosEngine.com, you will create a simple form in a table with dropdown option lists and radio buttons for an existing Joomla! site. The form will collect data to register users their choice of a series of courses, some which have multiple price options (hence the dropdown lists). On submit, the form will transfer the collected data to http://Authorize.Net payment gateway for checkout completion using the Server Integration Method API model, http://developer.authorize.net/guides/SIM/. CSS styling of the form is not required from you and will be completed by us.

A word document with the course names and prices will be provided, as well as one-page wireframe. You will be given Administrator level access to the site, which is live, and you will need to take care not to interrupt the use of the site for current visitors. Please provide any other requirements you may have with your bid.

We prefer developers who can demonstrate to us their prior Chronosform experience by showcasing their completed projects. Consideration will be given to other highly qualified Joomla! developers with Authorize.net API experience.
