Project Description:
I like to design a similar website to www.Harveynorman.com.au although I don't have as many products as them. I like all their functions e.g add to compare list, wish list, recommended products etc.Extra function I need that's not there is an Affiliate Program, I want people to be able to join as an affiliate and become a reseller. We need to be able to track the sales.
I don't need you to design, if you can that's great. But mainly need a good developer for this.
I think magento will be good for this but happy to explore others.

i would go with opencart, it does everything you want including affiliate.
