We wish to create a new directory website using this template:
http://www.joomlart.com/templates_club/club_portfolio/ja_rochea.html

We will need someone to have this implemented at our new domain.

You will need to setup this at your test server - and once it is running fine we will pass you our server details for you to update the template onto our site.

We have installed joomla 1.5 onto our server and the admin page is running fine.

The bid price should be inclusive of all cost, and the main selection criteria would be the price.

Payment terms:
We will escrow 50% of the bid price, and once the website is ready setup at your server, we will escrow the remaining 50%
We will release all payment when the joomla template is running on our own server.
