Parse company details and create an address website

Project Description:
I need the following to be done. I need all details of all 1 million+ companies in the netherlands. There are some web sites in the netherlands showing a guide of all these companies.You have to parse these. Company name, phone, email, city, zip code, address, fax, and more. Next you have to create a website which sells this addresses in a database in a good, nice way. F.e. this web site http://www.adhocdata.nl is doing the same.
Somehow the addresses should be able to be used in a good way. For example if I want all adresses in the category 'car retail' I should be able to retrieve them in a few clicks.
SO. Please tell me what are your ideas for the above project. Tell me what you can do and how.

Following that, I can create a website where you are able to filter addreses based on several criterias. Don't know yet about the ordering using credit cards. It needs an integration with a secured card payment service.
