What do you do :

2. Take care of our business in the territory or country that you have been assigned
3. Understand the customers needs and help them through the process of getting our services to them.
Basically you start a new business without worrying about doing the work of actually delivering the projects. We do all the work in the back from designing, developing, and implementing the projects. Your job is to follow up and make sure you can sit with the client and understand what they need and convey that to us.
We are going to identify and allot territories to potential bidders... and that will be their exclusive territory...

This work is to be performing owner, base upon the Business process re-engineering submitted by Nwankwo Amaobi on September .11, 2010, for the up coming project.
The total cost will be $5000.00 Payment will be made as followings; the sum of 25% to be paid upon approval of this contract and the balance to be paid upon completion of the work waiting to be described here.
Any request for alteration or deviation from the awaiting specification will be submitted in writing . Plans to accommodate such changes and the additional cost will be submitted in writing . All such additional must be made and accepted in writing.
The agreement will be null and void if not signed within thirty [30] days. The work described, here to my best of knowledge, will be completed within twenty one [21] days from acceptance of this agreement.
