Our client (a business to business referral club) requires a javascript developed or modified for use and implementation on their web site.

The script could be custom coded or modified from free sources

The script should be capable to load an external (third party) site into a user's web page with the ability to navigate the third party site without leaving user's site.

but the modified script we require must be able to load the external site (note that the dynamicdrive script will only allows loading the page from within the same domain name).

The script must be able to detect the width and height of the user's browser and dynamically scale itself so that the loaded page can be seen 100% regardless of what the resolution settings are.

The script must be cross browser and cross version capable (able to load on a wide variety of browsers and on a variety of browser versions) and be able to detect and redirect to an alternate page if none of browsers supported are detected:

The purpose for this script is to display and be able to navigate and browse member's pages from within club's main page without leaving or modifying the look of the club's main page. We have done this feature in the past through the use of frames but we would like to change this so that the same result can be achieved through the use of javascript.

When quoting, please provide the price, browsers and versions supported (i.e. Netscape 6, IE4, Opera 7), etc. Must provide a demo of a working script so that we can test and make sure the script fits the purpose and requirements we have specified.
