Project Description:

I am looking for someone to do a website witch consists on a User Profile site , so let me explain .

The site has to have the following options :

1. User Registration
2. User has personal Public Profile ( with short links like www.mysite.com/user
3. User Profile consist on :

a : Name ,Address, etc...
b : Profile Picture
c : Portfolio ( Auto Thumbnailed pictures witch has the option to hotlink to a website)
d : A "Verified" or "Not Verified" status button that can be controlled from admin
e : A profession logo (witch can depend on the user choice )
f : A contact me option with re-captcha
g : A websites list
h : and a write e review section that visitors can write a review on the user and has to be approved by admin, olso the user profile itself has to be approved by admin
i: ADS space well placed and managed from admin panel
j: An Gold or Not member Logo
4. The website needs to be in a very simple and clean design (witch i can help myself )
5. A translate website option for admin.

so the admin panel has to have

a: Approve users profile
b: Manage users profile
c: Approve users reviews
d: Some kind of statistic or the abbility to ad statistic to every user profile
e: ADS Management Panel (so can manage the ads on user profiles
f: Index Page Management
g: Send message to user profiles

6. Member Panel will have

a: Change Profile (has to be reverified from ADMIN
b: Upload pictures to portofolio
c: Inbox (for the contact form in the profile
d: Manage Websites List
e: Admin Message Box (where all messages from admin to users will be shown

so about the index page , i want it to be really clean , just Logo , Presantation , Login or Register , a place for Gold Members ,and a Search option for members (search username , name , websites , etc)
