Project Description:

Betting competition website done in PHP and MySQL.

- User registration of Tipsters and Followers including email verification
- Login, logout, password reset, profile edit all standard functionality.
- Tipsters: registration of bets by manual input by the users using a simple form, date+time, sports, event(+category?), selection, bet type, stake, price, bookmaker, reasoning, etc...(?) (At a later stage the entry of bets will be fully automated but that is not for this phase of the project)
- Followers: register to receive the tips from specific tipsters by email.
- Admin background to settle bets as win/lose and make corrections were needed.
- Admin reporting function to show the periodic/monthly winner based on most profit made.

- Home page should mainly consist of an overview of open bets as well as a view on the top users results.
- Webpages showing account results like top users, top yield, top strike rate,
covering selectable timeperiods like per month, year, season for visitors.

- Visual design should be simple and functional, you will need to examine existing sites and make one or more mockups as proposals for the visual design. ( if you don't know how to find existing sites like this you should not be bidding on this )

I require a "best guess" price quotation at this point in time to allow me to set a budget. Once that budget is approved there will be a second round were more details are worked out first followed by a fixed price agreement.
