Project Description:

We are an apartment locating company looking for an EXPERT to HAND-POST ads to Craigslist (craigslist.org) in the "Apt/housing For Rent" section (You must have experience with multiple postings/daily on craigslist). This will be an ongoing partnership.

We are ready for someone to start immediately. We'll have you start with 40 postings per day. Postings could increase if we're happy with the work. We will NOT supply email addresses or remote ip's to use for this project. You should have all these systems in place. Hand postings are a MUST (No autoposting/spamming software!) We will supply you with rent amount, number of bedrooms, title, location, ad content, and pictures.

We will not pay for any "ghosted" adds (all ads must be verifiable and searchable) and you are required to create a daily spreadsheet or list with all links to the ads and the amount of live ads that are on craigslist.

Also note, that three of days of NON-PAID test postings will be required before we will be hiring to ensure quality work and to ensure that your posts are not being instantly removed. The test postings will be for 40 postings per day for THREE days. If the work is of quality you WILL BE PAID for those three days as well as be hired on a regular basis.

Budget: $.15 per post x 40 = $6 per day, $42 per week. To be paid out weekly (Unless other arrangements are made). If you can "GUARANTEE" PUBLISHED ADS (Non-Ghosted) and provide us 100% quality work then you will have the opportunity to eventually do 50-200 posts per day $$$.

Communication is very important! Please send us daily reports with links to each successful post via the message system so they can be checked and verified. As stated, should you be hired, you will be paid for these 3 days as well as the regular ones. All payments will be paid weekly via PayPal, once the work has been done and verified.

We will make a decision and hire the first person that can complete the 3-Day Trial correctly and show consistent work! Don't forget to send daily reports so we can track your progress and verify your trial work before we hire you!
