Project Description:
I need someone to develop an iPad app to implement a specific decision support technique.
The technique is well documented and is mathematically not complex (maybe final year high school or first year uni level).
The aim is to present a simple graphical user interface to the user, and to be able to upload/download to our website.
The code would need to be well documented, to facilitate potential later re-writing to the Android envirnment.
