Fannie Mae 1003 Ipad App

I am looking for someone to develop C# library to convert Fannie Mae Files to a C# Business object. The library must convert the data in the Fannie Mae 3.2 and MISMO format (Form 1003 in Mortgage Application) into a C# Business Object. This would include importing and exporting .FNM and XML files to C#. I am only looking for bidders who have completed or worked on Fannie Mae 3.2 (FNM), MISMO Format, and 1003 Mortgage Applications before.
