Project Description:
We need a custom made app for Android / iPhone, the application should have these functionalities -
1. Ability to fill out form
2. Ability to utilize the phone's camera to take a photo and upload it on to a phone
3. Ability to tag the form submission from location
4. Ability to browse lists with a friendly UI/UX
Once the user submits the form, the form is uploaded (along with the photo) to a website.
