Code design under software like Corona, Unity, html5, or similar that will allow to make your work transferable from one platform to another with minimal effort from your end would be preferred. Game with behaviors as Monopoly w/o money, no 3D or virtual world in it. A simple 2D board game behavior only.
1.- It must be playable online from any computer. and also it must be playable on an android phone/tablet and on an iPhone/iPad, tablets, and compatible with latest platform versions.
2.- The game involves always two players or a single vs. a virtual player
3.- This game involves: 2 dices, 2 pawns, collecting Value cards, Chance cards... Once awarded, I'll provide game specs for evaluation before final acceptance
a.- I have ALL the graphics created for the board, pawns and fixed value dices. All except for an animations like rolling dices
b.- I will provide the winner a pdf with the rules and with how to play the game. Also, a zip including all images of parts, icons, etc required that I have
c.- You must create a throwing and rolling dices random animation for two and for one dice that looks like this one http://games.ladbrokes.com/en/games/dice-games/monopoly-on-a-roll Also this is a good example on how the pawns should move around the board.
4.- The game should have the option to be played in two languages: Spanish and English. Mainly Instructions, menus, buttons.
a.- Value Cards, Chance Cards, and other graphic components are already designed and written in separate languages
5.- This is a very interactive play and it should be played like a real board game; so understanding of the game rules and behaviors are a must. For example:
a.- If you land on a chance space, I want the player to be able to click to "pick-up" a card.
b.- I want the pawns to move one by one the spaces, not to move directly to the counted one.
c.- During the game you collect certain valuable cards, and exchange others.
d.- Chance cards will make you act accordingly to what they say: to move forward or backward, sometime you'll have to exchange all your cards, or simply start the game all over, or wait your turn for a couple of rounds, or etc. etc etc
6.- You have to produce a free "LITE" version, and a "FULL" paid version
7.- It is expected that you provide me full access to the files, and also support and troubleshooting to this app for at least 60 days from the day of final delivery at no extra cost. If you're a pro, this will not affect you much...
8.- I will provide credit for the person/company who will develop this for me on the credits screen if interested
9.- NO advance payments for work non delivered.
a.- Milestones will be created by me as following: Initial 25% to be released after a functional game mockup is provided (pc or android), 50% released for an intermediate review for a fully functional game on android, 80% for full delivery of all playable versions, and 100% released 30 days after uploading and running the app. making sure there are no glitches in any of the versions.
b.- TIMELINE: You have 1 WEEK to prove you have things in place, another WEEK to accomplish the 25% milestone requirement, another 2 WEEKS for 50% milestone requirement, and 80% milestone in no more than 45 days from awarded day.
c.- A FEE/PENALTY MIGHT BE APPLIED for delays, for not providing physical proof of progress weekly or if you do not perform or deliver according to each milestone requirements.
10.- This project description is done in good faith and might be missing details that will come up as we work it thru. FULL ownership rights remain at the hands of the contractor/employer thru all the process and final product. Non-Disclosure Agreement from day one.
