BRIEF I own [login to view URL] and will soon be re-launching the website (see attached file) which will have a news feed, image gallery, video gallery, classified section etc. At present visitors mainly use the forum which provides useful information to expats in Ukraine - from visas to where to get a haircut. I need an App that will run on iphone, ipad and android that will mimic the main website and forum with no branding / browser hacking. I need to be confident that both the web and forum can be accommodated and previous experience would be essential. - please submit your fave project that fits the project. I have allocated 1500 US but it may be increased for the right person / company - can pay hourly also. TIMESCALE The new website will be up by end of March so I would like the App within 8 weeks from then. I will review bids in a weeks time.
