Medan City Food Guide

Dear All, Would like to make IOS and Android APPS from my food social media @kulinermedan. (food directory in Medan city- North Sumatra- Indonesia). Check our [login to view URL] , instagram and twitter @kulinermedan. I would like to have a photo, text and map in main UI. I would like the apps to have featured food up to 10. I would like the apps would be able to show notification to user in Breakfast time, lunch time and dinner time with suggestion from our food database. I would like the apps able to browse food by breakfast, lunch and dinner I would like the apps able to update monthly to insert new food database. If possible i would like the apps able to shown great food around the map of Medan city. I could pay 20 percent in front, 50% in mid project and the rest after completion of project. I
