I have a team of highly skilled professionals (6 in Indonesia, and 9 in India) who will dedicate their time and effort to provide you with a non-notch application that is similar to Skype. Please note: This price does not account for the costs associated with buying a dedicated server with 20Terabytes (20,000 GB) of monthly data transfer. If you are serious about undertaking a project like this, you will need a high-load dedicated server attached to the main internet backbone using fiber-optics with high load data switches. I can provide you with such a dedicated server for $6800 per year.
