Create me three individual apps, The same app but for three different platforms - ios, blackberry and android.

Timed splashscreen (image)
Loads childbrowser - specific url
Advert above and below of childbrowser.
remove browser address and remove scale buttons.
Place navigation buttons for browser below child browser, back and forward buttons.
