Optimizing a 3ds Max scene for Unity smartphone game

Project Description:
I need a 3D model optimized for smartphone platforms. I am developing a game in Unity 3D for Android and iPhone. The scene is a casino room. I already have the 3D model of the room and objects (purchased). The original scene was modeled with Vray 1.5 and 3ds Max 2009 and has about 4.5 million polys.

I have already made my own "optimized" model and successfully deployed it from Unity to Android and iPhone. The room is cut into 1/4 and I modified some of the objects to bring the total count down to just over a million polys. I also baked several materials into textures. However, I'm a programmer and not a 3D modeler and my end result is still too big/bulky for smartphone devices.

I require somebody who is familiar with 3ds Max and Unity 3D and has the skillset/experience/knowledge for optimizing scenes for low to high spec handheld smartphone devices. I'm flexible with the schedule as we can discuss incremental changes as you work on the project if necessary.

I will provide the original 3ds Max file and textures, along with my own attempt.
I will require the optimized model in 3ds Max and a working Unity 3D project with the scene imported.
Ideally you will have an Android or iPhone that you can test it on and give me info on the poly/draw call count and total app size when deployed.
