Need an application to scan and read QR codes very fast and very easy for final user
Same functionality mobile app to be developed for Android , iPhone (iOS4), Blackberry , Nokia with Symbian, Windows Mobile 7
Start first with application for OS -Android.
- Once the code is read the user should be redirected to a web-page (which is encoded inQR code), depending on the qr code .
- The application should have a logo which we'll provide.
The following functionality must be present.
1. User click on the icon to run the application
2. Scan QR codes (quickly)
3. QR Reader send to server
- GPS coordinate
- Device ID ( encrypted string) this string can be verified if this device is already registered on our web site
- Mobile Phone number (depends on the Mobile OS Platform if support this) ( encrypted string)
2. Store and manage history of scanned codes (memorized last month scan)
4. Settings to manage personal preferences
5. Settings to change language of application.

we will translate for you, application can provide possibility to choose language start with 3 language
PLEASE NOTE:
- Full Source Code is required
- Minor changes must be accepted during development
Must provide support for publishing app to each of the phone systems app stores/markets.
The application must be a smile size possible in order to send to user like a MMS if is possible.
Android OS can support to move to SD the application.
Support in future for updates the features of applications required
Budget is for OS platform , if completed in time , separate bonus will be provided .
- Have auto-focus indication, e.g. can track the QR-Code three square points or a red indication blinking when focused.
- Capture the QR-Code with a sound effect (assume the sound can be customized) or a phone vibration (when phone is muted)

-if the qr code is not read by the apps user must have the possibility to make a pics and send the qr code like a image through (email, sms, ecc) to our support team
