Voice,Video,Chat,Conference Call, Fax over IP. (Foip)

Project Description:
Hi,
We need a developer to build Application for Android, iPad, iPod Touch, IPhone, Blackberry for SIP HD encrypted Calls, Video, Conference Chat IM and Calls, (with option send Fax over internet), using 3G, 4G, WiFi, ……..
We are looking for someone, person or company, that has an innovative point of view, and strictly respect the CONFIDENTIALITY, LOYALTY AND DEADLINES FOR EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT.
We will give the possibility for our clients to choose between two app variants:
EASY: (only free features)
PRO: (with more paid features )
NB! All the features included in PRO will be automatically installed in both of the variants, EASY and PRO, but in EASY will be inactive. When user pays for PRO, features will be activated.
Main characteristics:
1-Free SIP HD voice encrypted calls (with our certificate) between our subscribers, with outgoing calls to any mobile or landlines in the world (when the client has Credit)
2-Audio Video Conference Chat and calls
3-Support for T.38 Fax over IP
NB! Delivery of whole Project should include source code. (the source code has to be easy to understand)
The app will be marketed on the Google Market/Play and on iTunes, and more …., so it should be designed to those specifications.
We work with Asterisk PBX and Billing, so the app should be designed to use the specifications of them.
We don’t pay for Bugs and fixes corrections in App. The developer has the obligation to repair any bug or fixes detected during the usage of the App.
We must have time to test … not in 15 days.* some Bugs appear with user test….
Terms of payment: during the execution of the project, we don`t pay in advance.
