Animated story book from omnigraffle mockups

Need someone who can create an iPad/iPhone animated storybook. I plan to publish it as FREE app to help kids understand the story of Jesus. I have all the drawings done in Omnigraffle as vector images. So you can export them and import assets. If you know how to do animations quickly, then you can use whatever tools you want. But I think [login to view URL] might also be a great way to publish this book. If you have experience or account there, then that would be preferred. Storybook is about Christ and Bible. Requirements: - Develop native mobile storybook app (help submit to Apple app store) or [login to view URL] storybook (also help submit to app store) - Bonus: publish also to Android - Must know animation skills. The Omnigraffle files are not animated. So will have to talk you through animations. Voices are already done in MP3 format. The PDF is 25 pages long describing each screen and images. - Prefer someone who speaks mandarin/cantonese since that's the easiest way for me to communicate via Skype Budget is $450-$500 for this educational product.
