Project Description:
Hello Freelancers,
I have a project in mind for a game that will be released for iOS. It will be made available for the iPad only initially, but there is an opportunity to be able to work on an iPhone adaption in the future.
The basic premise of the game is that the gamer opens a Hollywood movie studio. They name it what they like, design a little logo and then can start making movies. The game will feature a big list of fictional screenwriters, actors, actresses, directors, producers etc., each with different attributes that can affect the box office performance of the final movie. The gamer can make movies based on already created screenplays, or they can make a totally new movie from their own imagination. You never see the movie, but you are involved with picking everything about the movie; budget, stunts, storyline, locations, sound locations, special effects and many more. All of these choices will affect the overall box office performance at the end. When you start the studio, you only have a limit amount to spend, so will start making small movies that don't do so well, but if gamers put in the effort they can make millions, or even billions to become the biggest hollywood studio of them all.
I'd just like to get a few quotes to see how much this project will cost me, and see whether or not it is viable - I don't have a set budget in mind.
