iPhone / iPad app Creation Needed VEGAS BABY!

Project Description:
Need a EXPERIENCED iPhone / iPad app developer needed for creation of new app.

We want a KICK ASS app, so you thoughts, comments and suggests ARE appreciated.

This really is a pretty basic app that will have static data in it. Will display on the iPhone of iPad, but needs to look AWESOME.

Will want the App to have information from here: http://www.vegas.com/nightclubs/ Not pulled from the Internet live, but the information IN THE APP.

App will ONLY contain information on (as listed in the yellow area on the left side of the screen):

Nightclubs
Pool Clubs
Bars
Strip Clubs
Topless Shows
Gay Bars and Clubs

Each of these could be a clickable button (see the image with Wynn Las Vegas in it) Under the Hotel Name, there are six buttons... this is where the above selection list could come from.

Want the ability to sort by type of club as well as location (center, South strip for iPod touch, iPad Wifi Only) and use the GPS in an iPhone or iPad 3G would be necessary as well. We will provide the GPS coordinates of each club.

App should like the one in the screen images at iTunes. The app WILL NOT contain hotels, but clubs only. All other information will come from the pages at Vegas.com.

Primary information will be similar to the screen shot attached. While the pages at Vegas.com has significant information, we only want the basic bulleted information and a review.

Reviews by customers are NOT going to be used in anyway, so don't bid on that when looking at the reference iTunes Vegas Mate App.

Large images for the top will be provided (as seen in the images on the Vegas Mate app)

A map showing the location when pulled up is required.
