Submit my app to app store

Hi there, I keep getting this when I try to upload my app to app store: The binary you uploaded was invalid. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an Apple submission certificate. I will pay someone just to submit my application I have built to app store, will give access to my developer account, and the Xcode project and will give details about the app e.g. name, description, screen shots etc. Thanks.
