hi
i want to make an app that show alerts(notification) as pictures. there will be 500 pictures and the user will set times to show them. when the time comes the app will show only one picture similare to the notification. when the next time comes, another picture will show. these pictures will be grouped in categories. i can not award the project before i see a working sample. i want to make sure you can make the pictures appear on the screen with no issues. also i want to know if the app needs to be running in the background which is not very good.
