iphone only , server side functions handled by my staff, currently in development.liason will be provided for linking tables and handshakes.
hand sketches of approx graphical layout will be provided

3.)assist in testing
4.)liason with apple to get approval, including verifying application meets all requirements for approval.

full authentication for each device with our server is required
this is a photo and video sharing app that loads geo and time data from all the pics and videos in a users phone to the webserver.user can open the app and select options for share all or share selected or block selceted. The images themselves are not uploaded directly just the geo data to display as a pin on a web application on our website for possible query. The user can choose to send thumnails in low resolution right away by selecting on device similar to current email sharing with the check boxes . the thumnail low res generator will need to be developed as part of this project and will water mark the pics with our logo as not to be copied .
once the geo data or thumnail data is loaded to our server users on our website can select from a map view a pin drop that represents that pic or video and send a push notification to the device requesting it and notifying the user.
the notification pops up on users screen and when app opens it request the pic for free or auction. if free is selected the pic uploads full resolution to our server and our server will allow download to the requester on our side. if they select auction, it sends a notification back to our server and our server handles the auction on our side, sending notifications to the device for next 6 hours with bid updates.
push notification levels are selectable as their are several levels , the user can choose to accept any of the levels 1, 2, 3,or 4, and set the share level settings for each setting, level one could allow thumnail and geo data of all pics, or just geo data and no thumnails, and level 2 could allow only slected geo data and an thumnails, --perhaps check boxes of options for each level will suffice.
important- upon first opening app and selecting options- all data from pics already in phone will gather and upload, not just the pics and videos taken after the install of the app.
