Need Legitimate Real Signups

Project Description:

Hi, I am a publisher for an affiliate program for a site, and i need real signups to click on my link to go to that site and signup. The signups have to be by real people, and they need to have a working phone number, email address, and an ip address in the US. It requires a credit card to signup. They do allow incentivization, but once again, the signups have to be real.

The cost is $50/month. You have to stay a member with them for at least 45 days, meaning a total charge to you of $100. I pay $150 when I get paid by the company im promoting. Which they say will be within 5 days of commission being approved (i.e. after 50 days). At that point is when I will pay you. IF I DON'T GET PAID, YOU DON'T GET PAID-NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! meaning that the signups must be legitimate, come from different ips, etc... So you have to know what you are doing Also, if the people cancel membership before 45 days is up, I DONT GET PAID which means YOU DONT GET PAID. Same thing if its determined to be fraud.

One person can only signup once.

I don't have any capital right now. Meaning that, if you want to do this, you will have to wait to get paid anything. I will not make any payments whatsoever up-front (because i dont have the money), only bid if you understand this.

From what i understand from the other site, my link must be clicked on, then the user must click on paid membership, then submit information and submit the form, then the company will call them to get payment information, and after its approved, thats when the 45 days begins.

In a PM-not in the bid-if you don't have a pm within 1 hour of your bid, your bid will be ignored-tell me how signups you can get per month. Thats the only criteria thats important. Nothing else matters to me, but if you want to include other stuff, feel free to, but there is no negotiation on terms.
