I'm not sure exactly what the project is all about...
Is it a compiler from the high-level language to the low-level, assembly-like language depicted in the pictures? If yes, then the entire high-level and low-level languages description will be needed to write the compiler.
Moreover, some characters are not easily producible on a standard PC keyboard, such as arrows and subscriptions. How should these be handled?

I'm acquainted with top-down recursive parsing and could figure out about code generation.
