Hello Java programmers;
I am looking to create a java autodialer application to work on ALL cell phones including the Blackberry, iphone, CDMA, Google Smart phone, etc. That will work in Canada or the US (same requirements).

The java app for cell phones will bypass all calls selected from the address book and dial another number first. This is for a callback service.

The Java App must:
1) Bypass all numbers in the address book and call a number fist (which the user will need to enter in the setup features of the Java Script). That phone number wil be either 10 or 11 characters.
2) Allow the Callback system to hang up on the caller and call the cell-phone back after about 2-8 seconds
(the application must allow the user to enter the time delay)
3) When the system calls back and gives dialtone, the java app will dial the number from the phonebook.
4) The app must have some kind of encryption so that it cannot be copied (preferred) OR
5) Allow us to enter in a list of call-back numbers it will only work with which is encrypted.
6) The Autodial function must work with speeddial
7) The autodialer must be by-passable with a hotkey (see the manual link below)
8) It must also work for call-through (see link to manual below for detailed instructions)

I am fairly flexible on how we get to the end result but it must do these 7-8 things.

The whole process takes less than 10 seconds.

This java script will be replacing a SIM card film (iSIM) that slips in between
a SIM card and the phone.

I would like the application to show a screen with my company logo which I can change.

I can send sample iSIM cards if necessary but I would prefer if it can be done just using the manual.
