The server needs to be in PHP/JSP with MySQL or Postgres database and the PHP code encrypted on the server
All transactions must be secured and be written to the database immediately.
In case it cannot communicate with the server database a local database should be included to store the values and sent them to the server when internet connection is back
Games will be Demo and Real Money
Images and sounds will be provided

Support for bug fixes should be discussed
All source code and documentation to be provided to buyer before final payment is to be released
