Project Description:

Our company provides treatment for drug, alcohol and gambling addiction. We have a variety of websites. We would like to create a series of Auto Respond Messages that would be ongoing. We only need the copy. We can handle the delivery.

Lead Auto responder
- 3 week 1, 2 week 2-4, 1 every other week ongoing
Client Auto responder
- Client - A series of emails to help comfort and ensure they made the right choice
- the series could include what to bring, an email about our therapies, excursions...
- Financial Responsible Party - A series similar to the above but also links to our financial documents
Alumni Auto responder
- series of follow up emails - 2 the first week, 1 for week 1-3, and one a month
Intervention and lead referral company follow up
- series of auto responders following up the same as above

The response can be short...it can be bullet points. We just want to keep in-front of the clients eyes. We will help the writer understand the program but it will be up to them come up with the creative.
