  i am contacting you at this time in order to obtain clarification of your recently posted project # 468772, entitled "need someone to pay on ebay."
  
  While I understand the scope of the project, the description does not indicate the manner/procedure you intend to utilize in making payment to the provider.
  
  For instance, am I correct in assuming that for each transaction, you will:
  
  * Send the Provider the relevant information as to what item you desire to purchase on Ebay, the time limits for the purchase, if any, etc.; then
  
  * Transfer funds to the Provider's GAF account to cover the cost of the purchase and the provider's fee; then
  
  * The Provider will send proof that the purchase was made, and will forward product delivery information.
  
  Also, who will be doing the rating for the Ebay vendor?
  
  Thank you for clarifying this Project. I look forward to submitting my bid within 24 hours of receiving the requested clarification.
