Hello,I am looking for an experienced professional who has NGO/"Civil Society" skills and able to help with the process of creation of an organization or an association (global level) and it might be an organization or association of humanitarian actions/aid or activities.
You will:
Help differentiate the meaning of words in the names of the organization or association, and the word choice amongst words like "Association," "Fund," "Organization," or "Foundation," etc.
You will explain and guide the process of creating this as well as other ideas to set the right "target groups" and mission statement, vision and goals, etc.
Your inputs in ideas in order to find sources of donors are also welcomed and needed.
Your discussion between you and our team members. Your speaking session (you will be a speaker) might be also needed once in a while during this project period.

I'm a Princeton educated business executive who has worked as the executive director and/or COO of a couple of non-profits, as well as in executive roles for several new companies that struggled with exactly the same issue you describe. The words, simply put, matter a great deal.
I'm also of a philosophical bent that is heavily in favor of civil society, and all that that implies, both for society and government.

As to my specific experience relevant to you posting, I have worked for two US Agencies that dealt with NGO's, have worked for the largest NGO in the states as executive consultant. Have been a NGO Governor's Executive Consultant, have been part of a Tribal Council and have developed the business model for several humanitarian models.
