I am creating a new website that will be similar to Itunes. But different. Users will be able to upload their music. I need a software or a script that can convert the uploaded music to the frequency of 444 HZ. Most music is currently in the A440 Hz frequency which has negative implications for people's health. Our site will convert the music into 444 hz which is a frequency which is healthier for the body. I need someone who can create a script to do this.
