We are looking for an experienced business analyst with good knowledge of collaborative software and virtual team management procedures in order to structure and configure a platform for managing a remote team of freelance coders and virtual agents (support, authors, seo, etc) .The project is to analyze workflows and best practices in Virtual team management and help select and configure existing software or guide developer based on written procedures in order to have as a result an operational and robust platform with written clear procedures that handles key processes :
