Hi.. Im looking after someone that can work on some changes that I want to do on (bad members dot com)

This is a custom script created by a DP member.. What I want to be done is.

1.) Remove the log in and registration so its open for every one to ad members, I want the registration and log in to be required when someone wants to edit a members information.. This is not how the site works right now.. As it is now you register, ad a member. Admin accepts or rejects the member and depending on that the member is listed or not. But I want everybody to be able to request a member to be added, then if admin accepts a member the registered members will be able to edit but the admin still has to accept or reject what is edited.

2.) Show latest added members just under Additional Options: there on left side.

3.) When adding a member the Forum Name(*): field is a drop down with DP and NP as a choice.. Remove that and make it writable instead, so when you ad a member instead of choosing from a drop down list you just write the forum name and it must be required field.

4.) Make the Useful Link(*): field expandable so when people want to ad multiple links its possible..

5.) Ad a Images Link: field that is optional to fill in witch is also expandable if needed to ad multiple links.

7.) Make the form editable when previewing it from admin aria and editable when accepted.. As for now the admin can just accept or deny a member that gets listed, but sometimes the member being requested to be listed even if he/she deserves it the person that fills in the fields makes mistakes and i have to deny... need to make it editable from admin area...

8.) Install and secure a forum like phpbb and template it as the site


And the most important thing is to make the site a OPEN SOURCE PROJECT but without people being able to actually steal the site, this means the database must be protected somehow since the rest of the site will be open, my goal is to create a site where every one can contribute and create small apps or gadgets as they want and even add functions on the site (by approval).

I dont have to much knowledge about open source projects and how this can be done, the coder that wants this project needs to have some ideas of his own and maybe experience of open source projects. The site is by the way a scammer report site for admins and online traders, mostly forum people.
